I got lice in my hair

During an interview in his native Bengali
The sitarist Ravishankar was asked,
“What makes you so creative?
How can you keep on composing new Raagas?”
And in his answer whose force can ony be understood in Bengali,
the master said, “Maathaay poka achchey”
(Translation:- I got lice in my hair. meaning they keep me scratching all the time)
